I'm an Omaha native with more than 20 years in corporate finance and lending. I moved into home financing because a mortgage is the largest transaction most families ever undertake. Before mortgages, I spent six years on Omaha's Zoning Board of Appeals, reviewing the variances, setbacks and nonconforming-use cases that decide what a property is actually allowed to be. That background is unusual in this business. It shows up on files with an ADU, a rebuild, a lot split or a tricky acreage parcel, and I know what to look for.

As an independent broker, I work through wholesale lending channels rather than a single retail bank, and I lay out the programs and pricing available for your scenario side by side. My compensation doesn't change based on your rate or loan terms.
